We are seeing intermittent issues on systems located at the IBM Cloud datacenter (formerly Softlayer) in Melbourne. This appears to be related to a global issue with their cloud service: https://techcrunch.com/2020/06/09/ibm-cloud-suffers-prolonged-outage/
This does not affect all sites hosted in Australia, as newer services are located in Google’s datacenter (aus251 on our status page). At the moment I’m writing this sites look to be loading normally but we have seen intermittent interruptions and are continuing to monitor the status here.
