This system has been running normally for a week, the issue is being closed.
Thank you for your patience. This system has been running normally for over an hour now with the new Raid card in place. We will continue to monitor service but do not expect any further interruption.
The on-site technician has replaced this system’s Raid card and the server is now starting up, we’re monitoring that process and again expecting service to be restored shortly.
Chi353 is continuing to fail during startup, the technician is running a diagnosis on the Raid array to troubleshoot further.
The technician found this system stopping early in the boot process and has implemented a fix, the system is now restarting and we’re monitoring with the expectation that service should be restored soon.
This system is not responding to any remote requests, a technician at our datacenter is currently at the system investigating the issue.
We’re aware of an issue connecting to sites hosted on Chi353 and are working to restore service. Further updates will be posted here as this is brought back up.
