This service has been restored, we are monitoring the system and will be proceeding with our changes to prevent a recurrence of the issue.
This system is experiencing an outage again, our initial assessment was that this was an unrelated problem but that turned out to be incorrect. We’re working with our datacenter in getting this firewall allowing traffic through and will then be proceeding to replace the problematic security system, which should be a non-impacting event.
Thank you for your patience - access to this system has been restored. An error in the edge firewall resulted in all external access being blocked. After verifying the system was accessible when connected to directly, we were able to eventually diagnose the root cause and regain external access.
